Sometimes energy becomes blocked or stagnant within your body or energy field. This can manifest in different ways: feeling stuck in certain areas of life, emotional and/or physical heaviness, recurring challenges, or even physical discomfort.
During an energy healing session, I connect with your energy to identify the areas that need support.
Through this process we work on releasing energy that no longer serves you, allowing your system to return to a more balanced and harmonious state.
As space is created, new clarity, movement, and possibilities can emerge.
