How are sessions delivered?

The Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions can be in-person or online. The weekly coaching sessions are offered online.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens, and I understand that. I’m flexible with rescheduling, as long as the change is made at least 24 hours before our scheduled time. This way, we protect the container of your journey while still allowing space for life’s flow.

What’s the difference between quantum healing and coaching?

Quantum healing works at the subconscious and energetic levels to clear blocks, while coaching helps you integrate and embody the changes in your daily life. Together, they create lasting transformation.

What if I feel nervous about going so deep?

It’s completely natural to feel nervous before beginning. You’re stepping into unknown territory, and that takes courage. I’ll walk beside you the whole way, creating a safe, supportive space where you’re guided gently, never pushed.

What kind of results can I expect?

Everyone evolves at their own pace, and your experience will depend on how deeply you commit to your own growth. For some, this journey brings awareness of repeating patterns and the freedom to finally shift them. For others, it sheds light on the roots of illness or physical pain, reveals where certain behaviours were learned (and not truly theirs), or offers clarity about where they come from and who they really are.
Many describe feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, and more confident in their choices. Whatever form your results take, the work always guides you toward deeper awareness, healing, and alignment with your truth.

Will I learn how to work with energy?

While the main focus of this journey is deep healing and conscious evolution, learning to sense and work with energy is a natural and essential part of the process. You’ll begin to notice how energy moves through you, how to recognize what belongs to you and what doesn’t, and how to protect and align with your own frequency.
Instead of being drained or pulled by the world around you, you’ll discover how to stay grounded, centered, and aligned with your own frequency. This awareness becomes a lifelong tool — one that helps you live with more clarity, presence, and power.

Is this like therapy?

Not quite. Therapy often focuses on the mind and past experiences. Conscious Journeys goes deeper, into the subconscious and energetic levels, while also giving you tools to live in the present with awareness and alignment.

What happens after the 3 months?

By the end of the journey, you’ll have released layers of what no longer serves you and integrated tools to continue walking your path with awareness. Some women choose to continue with ongoing coaching or healing sessions, but the insights and practices you gain will keep supporting you long after our time together ends.

Can a session be dangerous in any way?

Hypnosis is very safe and can in fact be considered a state of hyper-awareness. Anytime there is an emergency, a person would naturally be able to come out of the Hypnotic state by simply opening their eyes or sitting up.

How old do you have to be to have a Quantum Healing session?

Clients are of course, mostly adults, but it is possible to start from 16 years old with parental approval. If you need to have a session for your child, this can be done via a surrogate session.

Is it possible to lose control of my mind in a Session?

Accepted Answer

No one can control your mind unless you allow them. During your session you always have a form of control on what it happening. Your subconscious mind will automatically reject anything that it deems unacceptable.

I would like my friend or family member to observe, is this possible?

Accepted Answer

This is an often-asked question and the answer is no, it is not recommended for a variety of reasons. If you would feel more comfortable with a family member nearby, perhaps in another room, that is something altogether different and of course that is fine.
